The public organization Institute for Child Development Trauma was founded in 2015. Its mission is to promote the healing and development of children who have experienced psychological trauma by educating, supporting, and empowering the adults around them—parents, caregivers, and professionals.
Main Areas of Activity:
- Trust-Based Therapy (TBT) — the organization's core approach. It centers on building stable, safe, and emotionally rich relationships between adults and children who have experienced traumatic events.
- Psychological support for foster, guardian, and adoptive parents — provided through training sessions, individual consultations, and ongoing systemic guidance.
- Educational programs — including online trainings, seminars, and video lectures for child protection professionals, educators, parents, and mentors.
- Therapeutic camps for families ("Path of Trust") — offering deep emotional connection practices that help restore family bonds, trust, and resilience.
