The international public organization Last Bell has been active in Zhytomyr since 2006, dedicating its mission to loving orphanage graduates and helping them reintegrate into society. Its team of over 15 Ukrainian specialists builds long-term, consistent, and restorative relationships with youth who have experienced institutional care, inspiring transformation through compassion, education and support.

Educational Support for Orphanage Graduates
The organization partners with 12 vocational schools across Zhytomyr, where orphaned youth enroll after leaving institutional care. Through off-site life-skills lessons, relationships with students often evolve into mentorships and invitations to group events, where they receive legal, psychological and material assistance.
Stop the Cycle Program
Support for orphaned families, particularly single mothers who themselves were raised in institutions. This program includes parenting classes, spiritual mentorship, summer retreats, housing and essential goods assistance, and outreach by a mobile team serving remote communities.
Last Bell’s Shelter
A safe, temporary residence for orphaned mothers seeking refuge from crisis or harmful living conditions.
Restoration Project
An internship program teaching orphaned youth how to repair homesт- either their own or those of fellow orphans. Participation not only provides a secure living environment but also builds professional skills, personal responsibility, and self-belief.
Summer Camps for Various Target Groups
Safe spaces of trust where orphans can form healthy relationships with adults, overcome emotional barriers, explore identity, and grow. Camps are held for vocational students, youth eager to learn English, and those facing challenging life circumstances.
